BEYONDEGGS

You have made it down the long list of "BEYONDs" and clearly BEYONDEGGS does not belong!

Well, you are right.

BEYONDHOSPITALITY has been been around since 2008 and we are incredibly proud of the many great hotels and restaurants we worked on, the 50+ people we placed in fabulous positions in luxury destinations around the world and the impact we (hopefully) have in running great venues.

At the end of the day, however, it is not about the projects, the level of luxury the money spent, the fame or publicity, but about the people we are dealing with on a daily basis, our wonderful clients, people and personalities we are blessed to work with every day.

Dealing with BEYONDHOSPITALITY is not dealing with a big firm, but dealing with a group of fast friends that have known each other for years, that are incredibly passionate about the industry and strive for perfection on a daily basis.

We are first and foremost regular people that like having fun. At times, we do crazy things, but most of all we are loving our families, our lives at home, vacations that don’t involve planes or hotels; rather, we love camping, boating, fishing, hiking and all the regular things that make life worthwhile.

BEYONDEGGS started as a funky little idea 2 years ago when a friend of ours told us about his kids raising chicken and how much fun they had. Well, sure enough, we got a couple of eggs, an incubator and over time we raised 24 chicken of different looks, breeds, names and character.

The chicken live in rather fancy accommodation that we built ourselves over many weekends and countless trips to the local wood supply store; they run around our backyard on a daily basis.

When we started to have more eggs than we could possibly eat, Britta started BEYONDEGGS and the kids are now selling eggs in their school. The handsome income almost pays for the chicken feed!!!

Well, the home-grown eggs joined our tradition of home bread making (yes, even after 20+years abroad we love our German bread) and most recently our truly house-made Burrata, Cheddar and Gouda Cheese. Our herb and vegetable garden would be a great compliment to the food offerings, but the chicken tend to believe that raiding the herb garden is their privilege!

One day we hope to advance to wine making …

Our life is a constant adventure of enjoying the simple things and the peaceful balance of home with the crazy requirements and experiences that comes from 250,000 miles of travel every year.

We look forward to sharing many of these fabulous moments with you in the future …
